Public sector on strike

The Syndical Coordination Committee, a coalition of public sector employees and public and private school teachers, announced that it will go on with its strike on Tuesday (February 19) as planned.

The decision came in the wake of the Cabinet's decision to postpone a session that was scheduled for Monday (February 18) to discuss and adopt the salary scale.
