Transport unions postpone their strike

The Confederation of Public Drivers and Transport Unions have postponed their one-day strike scheduled for February 28. Drivers have reportedly received a promise from Prime Minister Najib Mikati that he will take on measures to curb the soaring fuel prices and introduce a few amendments to the new traffic law.
