Local real estate firm Zardman has launched a gated community project in Chabrouh. The development, titled Chabroux, is located above the Faraya-Kfardebiane winter resorts area. It will offer chalets and villas tailored to clients’ preferences. Investment in the project will reach up to $50 million. Zardman’s major shareholders include George, Tarek, and Makram Zard Abu Jaoude, and Guy Manoukian.
The development occupies a land area of 75,000 square meters (sqm) with an expected built-up area of 24,850 sqm. Habib Chidiac, Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at Zardman, said: “Around 30 percent of the project’s residential units have been already sold.” Chabroux offers 113 units of different sizes, ranging between 75 sqm and 300 sqm. Prices of units start at $2,700/sqm.
The project will feature a five-star hotel as well as a retail and leisure zone, with cafés, restaurants, and a play area for kids. The leisure zone will also include a spa, and outdoor activities, including swimming, hiking, and skiing. Chidiac said: “Part of the hotel rooms will be offered for sale, and could be later leased by clients to the hotel.”
The residential units are designed by 11 renowned local architects. The project’s managers are Manoukian E.P.Qs & Construction Management. Infrastructure will be handled by Sfeir & Ghoul Engineering, and electrical engineering consultancy will be undertaken by P.K. Design.
Chabroux will necessitate four years for delivery.
