AUB starts Real Estate Brokerage program

The American University of Beirut (AUB) has launched the Real Estate Brokerage Certificate through a memorandum of understanding between the Real Estate Association of Lebanon (R.E.A.L.) and AUB’s Continuing Education Center.

The program includes five courses – all in Arabic – divided over six weeks (eight hours per week), and aims to enhance professional practice in real estate brokerage, and limit violations.

Subjects include: The ethics of real estate brokerage; real estate financing, real estate property law; construction and urban planning laws; and real estate marketing through electronic means.

Applicants wishing to join the R.E.A.L. should pass a written exam in Arabic covering the aforementioned requirements.
