American business mission in October

Aims to boost business ties

The Lebanese American Renaissance Partnership (LARP) announced that it will hold its third business mission to Beirut and the LARP III conference in collaboration with the American Lebanese Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) from October 31 to November 2.

The slogan for this year’s events is “Solidarity with Lebanon - Neutrality brings Prosperity”, LARP said.

The objectives of the mission include increasing communication between Lebanese businesspeople in the Americas and their homeland. The event also aims to facilitate business opportunities between local businesses and their counterparts in the US.

Several local and international dignitaries have been invited to speak on four different panels on the following topics: Environment, Education, Electricity, and Gas and Oil.

This particular LARP mission also will support the Lebanese fire-fighting department in improving their volunteer services.
