Agave leases serviced offices

Local corporate services company, Agave is launching its new serviced offices leasing concept, Beirut Boutique Bureau (BBB), in Ashrafieh. “We have different sizes of offices for lease ranging between 15 and 40 square meters, as well as conference and meeting rooms,” said Nadine Assi, General Manager of BBB.
BBB also offers secretarial services and a clerical room. Assi said: “There is no minimum time for renting an office. The company can have it for half an hour or for months.”
The services of BBB are of interest to any company or businessperson in need of a managed corporate office space on short notice, for an unknown period of time, or for those who travel regularly, or those visiting Beirut on business. “Start-up companies that run on limited budgets and are still figuring out their position in the market, and expatriates who have companies abroad and are thinking of opening a branch in the local market are on our client list,” said Assi.
Clients also include companies from distant locations such as Tripoli and Zahle. These companies could rent an office for a number of days whenever they want to develop a business deal in the capital, thus avoiding expensive hotel conference rooms and benefiting from professional services.
The annual rent value is $1,000 per square meter and subject to changes depending on the services required.
BBB also offers the virtual office service whereby the office becomes a business address for the firm which could be working abroad or in another area.
Agave, owned by a group of Lebanese investors, is considering expanding the geographic reach of its services.
