Redrock Village and Spa in Faqra

Sayfco project valued at $200 million

Sayfco announced a new residential project, Redrock Village and Spa, in the Bqaatouta village near Faqra, Kesrouan. The project is valued at $200 million and will spread over 300,000 square meters.

RedRock will be executed in two phases. The first will include a total of 500 small-sized residential chalets ranging between 50 and 130 square meters, and an international health spa. Prices start at $105,000 with a down payment of 15 percent. This phase will be delivered four years after Sayfco receives the building permits.

The second phase comprises a number of villas and a Four Seasons Hotel.

The compound will also include an organic agriculture facility that will produce vegetables, fruits, and poultry for residents’ consumption.

London-based international architects Foster and Partners will handle the project’s design.
