The board approved earlier a dividend payout of seven cents per share for 2008 fiscal year.

The dividends will be distributed through MidClear to holders of class B of shares while holders of other types of shares can receive their dividends directly from the company’s headquarters, Rymco said.

The delivery commission will be deducted from the dividends, the company said.

Rymco is the exclusive distributor of Nissan, Infiniti and GMC brands.
