Chicolat, a new chocolate retail shop concept was inaugurated in Clemenceau. The store is owned by Chicline, a new company in which Rami Rayess is a major shareholder. “This shop is the first step in our plan. We will open several retail shops in different regions in the local market,” said Rayess. The shop includes two floors. The chocolate will be provided by suppliers from local and international markets. “All chocolate is manufactured especially for us with special flavors and tastes,” said Rayess.
Rania Rayess is the designer of wrappings and creating themes. A team of 40 workers will be executing created designs. “We will compete with other players through our original flavors, high quality, and creative designs and themes,” he said.
New designs and themes will be tailored for all occasions, such as weddings, baptism ceremonies, newborns, and engagements, among others. Prices of chocolate in Chicolat range between $45 and $150 per kilo.
