Finance committee approves loans
The credit facilities are from IDP, and the World Bank

The loan will finance reconstruction projects.
The government transferred the loan agreement to the Parliament for ratification in May, 2009.
The committee also approved a loan agreement from the World Bank to finance a project aimed at developing urban transportation.
