The price increase was mainly driven by the year-on-year increase in transportation costs by 17.6 percent and a 13 percent increase in communication prices.
Clothing and footwear prices rose 10.2 percent, education prices rose 9.6 percent while fuel , electricity and water prices rose 7.7 percent.
