‘Fahed: Your Center’ is now open in Rabieh

A new shopping center called ‘Fahed: Your Center’ opened last week on Rabieh Highway. It is owned by Wissam Fahed, also co-owner of Fahed Supercenter in Furn El Shebbak.

“We believe retail is about the location. The closer you are to your clients, the better positioning you get,” he said. Rabieh’s outlet aims to catch Northern Metn clients, while Furn El Shebbak’s targets the Southern Metn.

Investment in the project is $10 million. The center offers FMCG, house ware, and gifts.

The supermarket is built over 5,000 square meters of land. Its built-up area is 25,000 m2, over two floors: 7,500 m2 are dedicated to retail and 8,000 m2 for a 300-car parking lot. The property also has outdoor parking for 100 cars.
Fahed said that several other outlets are in the pipeline. “Another branch of ‘Fahed Your Center’ is planned for 2016, but it is still under study.”
