Automate expands Hbeline factory

Automate, an automation and specialty engineering company, will expand its factory in Hbeline, Amchit, in late 2015.
Jad Wehbe, managing partner, said: “Factories and contractors are increasingly requesting electrical panels and we are bringing new industrial techniques from Europe to fulfill these needs.”

The $1 million expansion will increase the space of the factory from 600 square meters to 1,300 m2. It will create around 25 full time jobs. Wehbe said that this industry does not require a large space.

The company manufactures electrical and control panels for more than 40 projects per year. The expansion will increase the company’s turnover from $2 million to $4 million, annually.

The company has offices in Germany, United States and Qatar. It is certified and authorized to use the name Siemens Solution Partner Automation Drives.
