Hotel in Kfarzebian
to open next year
Property to include four-star amenities

A four-star hotel is being constructed in the Faqra Hills development of Kfarzebian. It is expected to be inaugurated in December 2016.

The $15 million project is owned by the Ammache Group, chaired by Rabih Ammache.

Built on a 1,500 square meter plot, the 11-floor property has a total built-up area of 7,200 m2. It consists of 26 suites with several amenities including a spa, a gym, a ballroom, two restaurants, and an outdoor pool for year-round use.

The project’s consultant and landscaper is Charles Rizk. Associated Mechanical Engineers is responsible for electromechanical works. Maroun Breidy is the interior designer and Mazen Sayyed is responsible for the structural design. Davis Langdon is the project manager.
