To target mainly business and academic communities

A long-stay, four-star apart-hotel by Dolphin Real Estate is expected to open before the end of the year in Ashrafieh.

The $15 million hotel is being built on a 1,000 square meter plot, comprising 19 floors, four of which will serve as underground parking. The total built-up area of the building is 10,000 m2.

The project has 78 rooms, tailored to fit the needs of visiting expatriates, on-mission managers, doctors and patients, diplomatic staff, and visiting scholars, said Ziad Hanania, the owner’s representative. The hotel also offers several recreational and business amenities, including meeting rooms and a gym.
