Two new hotels

Located in Blat and Laklouk

Two hotels under construction by Jean El Khoury Development are expected to be operational in 2017.

The first, the Majestic Hotel, is a four-star property in Blat, Jbeil, on the road leading to the Lebanese American University. It will have 120 rooms, as well as pools, a gym, and retail spaces, said Youssef El Khoury, Managing Partner. Its built-up area will consist of 10,000 square meters. The concrete work has been completed and the project is finalizing its electrical sanitary works. Investment in the hotel is $10 million.

The second development is Villa John, a furnished apartment hotel in Laklouk built on a 2,000 m2 land plot, with a built-up area of 1,300 m2. The hotel consists of 12 units on four floors and one underground. It will have a restaurant and a small market. Investment in the project is $2 million, excluding the cost of the land.

The El Khoury family is owner and partner in several hotels in Jbeil, including the Victory Byblos hotel and Canari de Byblos.
