The Mist Hotel and Spa by Warwick is scheduled to open on July 30. The hotel is located in Ehden, 15 kilometers from Orghosh.

“The property will be a four-star hotel, with 71 rooms and the concept is for families and ski adventures,” said Jean Taouk, Area Director of Sales and Marketing at Warwick MENA. The hotel, owned by Kabalan family, features five indoor and outdoor restaurants, a bar venue, and the ‘Taj’ lounge. Investment in the property reached $4 million.

Warwick is also planning to manage another hotel in Jounieh, owned by the Mouawad family. “The family had renovated the building, which served as a hotel in the past for this purpose,” Taouk said. The four-star hotel will feature 39 suites and an ocean view. Its opening is expected in two months. Investment in this hotel is around $1.5 million.

The third property to be run by Warwick has not yet been determined. “There are many hotels coming up near Bristol and we are thinking of managing one of them but haven’t decided which one yet,” said Taouk.

Warwick also manages Palm Beach, Pangea, and Stone 55. “The international chain is planning an expansion in the Arab region, which will not only target Lebanon, but also Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates,” he said.
