The GA convened on April 12, and re-elected ten members for the new mandate and voted for two new members to join the board- Abdullah I. Al Hobayb, and Khalil M. Bitar.

The re-elected members were Raymond Audi, Mawran Ghandour, Georges A. Gedeon Achi, Samir Hanna, Freddie Baz, Sheikha Suad H. Al Homaizi, Sheikha Mariam N. Al Sabbah , Marc J. Audi, Imad I. Itani, Mario J. Saradar.

The new Board decided to re-elect Raymond Audi as its Chairman and General Manager, and Marwan M. Ghandour as Vice-Chairman. The Board also confirmed the re-appointment of the General Managers including the reappointment of Samir Hanna as the Group CEO and General Manager.
